Frequently Asked Questions

What is UBERDOC?

UBERDOC is the easiest place for patients of all kinds to find and book specialists at affordable, transparent prices.

Why should I use UBERDOC?

UBERDOC gives you a free listing so patients can easily find, book, and pay cash for appointments with you.

Need more flexibility? UBERDOC Flex and Premium allow you to scale your practice with a robust set of Digital Practice tools.

What about malpractice?

At UBERDOC, we believe in physician ownership so we're free to join and don't employ our network of doctors. Our doctors provide their own malpractice insurance.

Why do patients choose UBERDOC?

Patients, Employers, and State Agencies all use UBERDOC for quick, convenient access to top specialists at transparent prices.

What if a patient cancels late or no-shows?

UBERDOC patients pay you $25 to hold their appointment and you keep that booking fee if they cancel within 24 hours or no-show.

What insurance and Medicare plans does UBERDOC accept?

UBERDOC visits are 100% cash-pay for non-Medicare patients so there are no insurance requirements for the patient or doctor. Follow-up care can be billed through insurance.

Qualified Medicare patients pay the same booking fee for their appointment and the remainder of the cost is billed to Medicare by the doctor.

New patients, no overhead, no restrictions.
